Thanksgiving Bacon Cheeseburger Meatballs - a holiday twist on a classic favorite!



Ingredients:  

  • 1 lb ground beef  
  • ½ lb bacon, cooked and crumbled  
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs  
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese  
  • 1 large egg  
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup  
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce  
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder  
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder  
  • ½ teaspoon salt  
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper  
  • Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)  


Directions:  

Preheat the Oven:  

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.

Prepare the Meatball Mixture:  

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, crumbled bacon, breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, being careful not to overmix.

Form the Meatballs:  

Using your hands, shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake:  

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
