Ingredients:
- 2 large apples, peeled and chopped
- 200ml sour cream
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and melted butter until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Gently stir in the chopped apples.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
