Donkey Balls


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce for dipping


Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian sausage, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, eggs, milk, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  4. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping. These savory Donkey Balls are packed with flavor and perfect as a hearty appetizer or part of a meal.
