Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin rounds
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Top with the shredded chicken and broccoli florets.
- Pour over half of the heavy cream and chicken broth.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, chicken, broccoli, cream, and broth.
- Sprinkle the top with cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot.
