Warm Cranberry-White Cheddar Dip

 

Ingredients:

• 1 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded  

• 1 cup cream cheese, softened  

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise  

• 1/2 cup dried cranberries  

• 1/4 cup green onions, chopped  

• 1/4 cup pecans, chopped  

• 1/4 cup honey


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).  
  2. In a bowl, combine white cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, cranberries, green onions, pecans, and honey. Mix well.  
  3. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.  
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.  
  5. Serve warm with crackers or bread slices.

Notes:

Sprinkle extra pecans on top for added crunch. Perfect with toasted baguette slices or buttery crackers.
