Sausage and Steak Breakfast Casserole

 

This breakfast casserole is a flavor-packed way to kickstart your morning! Savory sausage, tender steak, and melty cheese come together for a delicious, hearty dish. Perfect for sharing! 


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb steak 
  • 1/2 lb sausage 
  • 6 eggs 
  • 1 cup shredded cheese 
  • Diced peppers 
  • Salt 
  • Pepper 


Instructions: 

  1. Cook the sausage and steak in a pan, then set aside.
  2. In a baking dish, layer the cooked sausage, steak, and diced peppers.
  3. Crack the eggs over the mixture, season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
  4.  Bake at 350°F (175°C) until the eggs are fully set and the cheese is melted, around 25-30 minutes.
  5.  Serve warm and enjoy this comforting breakfast casserole!
