- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any preferred cheese)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
- Garlic powder (optional)
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create a pocket.
- Stuff the chicken pockets with steamed broccoli and cheese. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden (about 3-4 minutes per side).
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
