Chicken & Broccoli Stuffed with Cheese

 


Ingredients: Protein: 45g

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any preferred cheese)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Paprika (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally to create a pocket.
  3. Stuff the chicken pockets with steamed broccoli and cheese. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil. Sear the chicken on both sides until golden (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  5. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
