Ingredients
* 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
* 1 1⁄2 cups cooked shredded chicken
* 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce (adjust to your heat preference)
* 4 oz cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
* 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
* 1 tbsp ranch seasoning or ranch dressing mix
* 2 tbsp chopped green onions
* 1 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
* 1 tsp garlic powder (optional, for brushing)
* Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), ranch seasoning, and green onions. Stir until well combined.
3. Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Lay the triangles flat on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Place about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each crescent roll triangle. Roll them up, starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides as needed to secure the filling.
5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder (if using). Brush the tops of the crescent rolls with this mixture.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
