Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until fully cooked. Drain excess grease. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the beef mixture in a greased 9-inch pie dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar.
