Double Cheddar Bacon Meatloaf Bites


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, bacon, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into small bite-sized meatloaves and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked and golden. Serve warm.
