Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Place them in a greased baking dish.
3. Make Lemon Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Coat Chicken:
Pour the lemon butter sauce evenly over the chicken.
Drizzle with olive oil for extra crispiness.
5. Bake:
Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
6. Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices.
