Cheese Bread


 Craving something cheesy and comforting? This Cheese Bread is the answer! It's soft, loaded with cheese, and best of all – no kneading required. Whether you serve it as a snack, a side, or just eat it on its own, it’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser!


 Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


 How to Make It:

  1.  Preheat the oven – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2.  Mix dry ingredients – In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3.  Add the wet ingredients – In a separate bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, and beaten egg together.
  4.  Combine the wet and dry ingredients – Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter will be thick.
  5.  Add the cheese – Fold in the shredded cheese until evenly distributed.
  6.  Bake the bread – Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool and serve – Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
