Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients:

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 3 tablespoons butter

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon dried parsley

- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. Toss the halved potatoes in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper. Arrange them in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.

3. While the potatoes cook, season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.

4. In a small bowl, combine the butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and thyme.

5. After the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and set aside. Add the seasoned steak cubes to the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes at 400°F.

6. Once the steak is partially cooked, add the garlic butter mixture and the partially cooked potatoes to the basket. Toss everything to coat evenly.

7. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness and the potatoes are golden and crispy.

8. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
