Classic Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts


Ingredients:

  • - 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • - 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • - 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • - 1 cup milk
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - 1 cup peach pie filling
  • - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cream cheese mixture)


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.

2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.

4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

5. Fill the donut pan halfway with the batter and add a spoonful of peach pie filling in each.

6. Top with remaining batter, covering the filling.

7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

8. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

9. Allow donuts to cool before frosting with cream cheese mixture.

Notes:

Feel free to top with extra peach slices or a drizzle of honey!

You can use blueberries for a different twist.
