Pina Colada Fruit Salad


 

A tropical delight that tastes just like a Pina Colada, but in a refreshing fruit salad! Pineapple, coconut cream, banana, and vanilla yogurt come together for a sweet and creamy treat.


Ingredients 

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped 
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream 
  • 2 bananas, sliced 
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt 
  • Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut 


Instructions 

  1. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the pineapple and sliced bananas.
  2. Add Coconut Cream and Yogurt: Gently fold in the coconut cream and vanilla yogurt until the fruit is evenly coated.
  3. Optional Coconut: If you like an extra coconut kick, sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  4.  Chill and Serve: Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes for the best flavor, then serve and enjoy the tropical goodness!
