Instructions:
Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, mix together flour, chemical yeast, sugar and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, melted butter and vanilla extract.
Insert the dry ingredients:
Gradually add the dry mixture to the liquid ingredients by mixing gently until you achieve a smooth, lump-free dough.
Let it rest:
Let batter rest for 20-30 minutes for better texture.
Making some waffles:
Preheat your waffle maker and grease it lightly if necessary. Pour a scoop of batter into the waffle maker, seal and let cook until the waffles are golden and crispy on the outside, while remaining fluffy on the inside.
